| Abstract : |
| Coleps is barrel –shaped free-living ciliated protozoa which is belong to the Family Colepidae (Ehrenberg 1838), which represented the following characters- “Brosse is as three inconspicuous short files of dikinetids, calcium carbonate plates in cortex and often with anterior or posterior spines”. In the present investigation, author has identified and re-described a species of genus Coleps. C. hirtus&C. elongates. It is first time reported from Osmanabad region. |
